Bookings with Aurora cabs are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Privacy Policy: We do not store credit/debit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
  2. Aurora Cabs Loyalty Scheme
    1. Take 10 qualifying journeys with Aurora Cabs and receive a £20 discount on the 11th.
    2. Minimum journey value of £20 applies to qualifying journeys including the 11th.
    3. Loyalty Scheme benefits are non-transferable. You earned them, you spend them!
    4. You are responsible for ensuring your loyalty card is marked.
    5. The Aurora Cabs Loyalty Scheme can be withdrawn without notice at any time.
    6. The Loyalty Scheme is monitored and administrated by Aurora Cabs.
  3. Payment Options:
    1. You can pay in advance of your journey via balance transfer, online by card (No card fee) or by using PAYM. Fees may apply.
    2. You can pay for your journey by cash or card (No card fee) in the vehicle directly to your driver.
    3. Account customers will be invoiced weekly with 7 day payment terms. Late payments will attract a 15% surcharge for administration.
  4. Cancellation Policy:
    1. Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is non-refundable.
    2. Any refunds issued will be less our processing fee of 15%.
  5. Lateness Policy:
    1. We will wait a maximum of 15 minutes at our agreed pickup point. During this time contact with you will be attempted. Beyond 15 minutes lateness we cannot guarantee we will wait, especially at busy times. Any prepaid fare will be forfeit in this circumstance.
  6. Pricing Policy:
    1. Pricing is pre-agreed on a per customer per journey basis. Charges work out less than the maximum authorised by Aberdeenshire Council for Private Hire Vehicles (here).
    2. We are never knowingly undersold – if you get a better price for the same journey please call or email the details and we guarantee to better that price.
